Hello, I apologize in advance for the mistakes because I am not English, I am French and I use a translator to write you.

I'm now going to share with you a single screenshot, with the framing I would have done and numbers in the upper right corner to indicate the problem to be as clear as possible. Obviously, I will choose the most visible color.

The description will take place below.

It's true that this problem includes EA games but I think the problem comes from the Xbox application. I will explain at the end. (Obviously, my two accounts are linked)

So.

- In the red box named "1", we find the installed games and when they are uninstalled, they are supposed to disappear from this list.

- In the two blue boxes is "Star War: Squadron", the number "2" is for Xbox and the number "3" for EA. Xbox tells me that the game is ready to be launched but EA says it is to be downloaded. So when I launch it, obviously, nothing happens and it's the same if I want to uninstall it via Xbox.

- In the two white boxes is "A Way Out", the number "4" is for Xbox and the number "5" is for EA. Here the case is different again, the two launchers indicate that the game is well and truly uninstalled. However, the game is still visible in the library, if I right click on it, Xbox will propose me to uninstall it but of course, it won't work.

I wondered for a long time who I was going to contact for this problem but since I can search EA's files but not microsoft's because we are not allowed to look in them. I decided to come and ask my problem here.I created a folder for EA but I couldn't do it for microsoft knowing that on top of that, you can't give it a precise path, it's a simple choice of disk.
I have a little doubt about EA because the folder I created myself for the installation of the games disappeared after I uninstalled the last one left. Even if it was already clean before and since this problem appeared, I wonder if the disappearance of this one would not have repercussions on the Xbox.

I'm just trying to make sure everything is clean, but right now it's not clean. I have very little hope of getting an answer because it's two beta but hey .... You never know!

I took this subscription mainly to enjoy Xbox games, EA games are just a bonus for me. After, it's true that I could very well get all their games via Steam but the price is not the same ^^'

i just got ea play for 20gbp for 12 months via steam, you can access the files, have them where you want and most of the games support steam achievements and it is all integrated into the steam app perfectly, how microsoft have done it is completely useless, all it does is potentially launch a shortcut to the ea desktop app, does not support any achievement's whatsoever and is completely disconnected from the xbox app.

only because it is included with gamepass, the charge for ea play on all platforms is the same. but the xbox app is just trash, so buggy and does a bad job of managing updates as it uses the windows store.

When I redeem the code, It displayed the name of the game. As the screnshot shows, the game can be seen in my game library... but canot see in the console library

it's exactly like that. I have 1400 items in my library. The only place where the game library is displayed correctly is on my xbox.
