Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have sorted the issue by removing my graphics card an Asus Strix Gaming Card GTX 1060 6 GB card. Blew the dust out of the radiator although there wasn't much of it then put the card back in and plug in the power cable and now everything works fine. Must have been a bad connection.

That's definitely a Graphics driver issue as noted above. The best thing to do is uninstall the GPU driver using DDU:

DDU

This will completely uninstall the driver. Make sure to disconnect from the internet before uninstalling else Windows will install what it thinks is best

From there, you will want this driver:

NVIDIA driver

Whilst I am certain they have fixed it, personally, I always do a custom install and deselect the Audio HD component of the GPU driver...it's not needed and had issues last year. After that, restart your system, plug the internet back in and try your game again.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Before troubleshooting, can you please answer the questions below;

1) Did this error start to occur after a recent update?

2) Did this error start to occur only while attempting to play Far Cry 6 and Halo Infinite? Did this error occur when you attempt to boot up other titles?

In the meantime, it may be possible to resolve the error if you roll back your NVIDIA driver. To do this, visit the support page for your device on the manufacturer website then download and install the video driver that is recommended. Search for Download Drivers on the manufacturer website, fill out accurate information regarding your PC, and NVIDIA should be able to supply a recommended driver for your to download on your PC.
