    Disney+ redeem code didn’t work


    Hello I have xbox ultimate. I redeemed the 30 free day trail on microsoft edge on xbox. Im sure we all know how brilliant it works sometimes. Apparently the code is stuck between been redeemed and not redeemed. So i need to contact xbox agent to sort it
    out and send me an email so I can provide an email for the disney+ account. Because microsoft edge didnt let me. Apparently i dont need the code as the agents should see i redeemed it on the ultimate but havent been able to get into it.

    what should i do is there anything anyone on here can do.

    I would first suggest
    removing your profile from the Xbox console and reinstalling your profile    .

    I would also recommend setting

    up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm whether or not the code was redeemed successfully and perform some extra troubleshooting
    steps.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Yes but it didn’t do anything it just showed me step on how to redeem a code on Xbox .

    There was no code.

    Hi, if the items doesn’t appear there, it means that you didn’t redeemed the DLCs in that account :c

    And, if you try to redeem the codes. Probably you’re going to see something like “code has been redeemed”
