    confirmed     that there will be a Disney Plus app for gaming consoles including Xbox One on launch which is November 12th.

    As far as I know, there is no official statement from Microsoft/Xbox about the estimated time of arrival for the Disney+ app on South Africa. I'm sorry about this and I hope you understand.

    Disney plus yes if you are in a supported region

    For.the other apps you need to look.then up on the xbox store

    But.in general no pc or mobile Apps
