    Disney plus doesnt load


    I have an xbox series x which plays disney perfectly.

    My older xbox one original model simply doesnt want to play any programms within disney plus library.

    It isnt the network as it shows all fine and working and every other device at home works.

    Ive followed every guide i can on the internet to try and resolve the issue but it just wont work...

    Is this an xbox one original issue... is my oldest xbox one now past its day?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

    Im having the same problem. Even on the new xbox series x. Disney plus doesnt even come up in the Microsoft store. Nothing nowhere. Bloody joke

    Disney confirmed that Disney+ app will be available on iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Google Chromecast and
    Xbox One at launch.

    In addition to the US, Disney+ will available in Canada and the Netherlands on November 12. On November 19th, Disney+ will be available in Australia and New Zealand.

    Not that i know of. And im not sure theres plans to ad would be best to check the supported devices on the disney + site
