Disney Plus app problems

Disney Plus app is not working on my Xbox One X. When I select to start the app up is shows the app logo and then seems loading, but after like 7 seconds it just sends me to the Xbox home. I know the Disney servers are having difficulties, but other
people that I know aren't having the problem I have.

Absolutely nothing will work to fix this , this app works flawlessly on every other device I have except the only one I wanna watch it on , so frustrating! anything new Microsoft? this is clearly your issue!

This sometimes happens to me with other games and apps. Try reopening it and if that doenst work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the app or restart or hard restart the xbox. Hold home button—> select restart

or

Hold xbox power button for 5-10 seconds

Tried this also, but still no work.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstall the app and rebooting my console, but it just keeps happening.
