Disney+ keeps freezing regardless of internet, cache, reinstall etc

Still freezing up here, just tried again. I did all the same things, with the clearing the cache, reinstalling, etc. Still broken on both machines in my house.

if i do a restore to factory setting that mean download update etc again?

So I reinstalled the game and cleared the system cache and my game is still freezing up.

Hello, I've tried deleting the app reinstalling it. Deleting the cache etc

Now I can't stay connected to Xbox live for anything without it disconnecting. Currently can't connect to Xbox live at all but typing this with my Internet working ?????

Try this:

Copy your save file of the world that won't load to another source, (USB, cloud, etc). Delete the original save file, and remove Minecraft from your console. Clear your console's cache. Redownload, and reinstall Minecraft. Copy the save file back to your
console. Now try loading the save file.

If it still freezes, that particular save file may be corrupted. Try creating a new game or loading a different save file. Is the freezing limited to just one save, or does it freeze on all saves?
