Disk or power button won't work on consle

I was playing madden and i tried to insert a disk but when i try to take the disk out it won't work.

have you the first Generation from the xbox one? they had problems with the disk drive.

What you can try is a power cycle:

Maybe its a small problem

Hello scri88le,

usally when this happens it is mostly a problem with the disk. pls make shore the disk is not scrathed or is upside down. Now if it is digital you might have to hard reset your xbox by holding the consle button for ten seccons.
