    I was playing madden and i tried to insert a disk but when i try to take the disk out it won't work.

    To add on to what our Ambassador said, it would be best to set up a repair if the console disc tray still is not working.
    We have a website for device service and
    repair     that customers can use to set up
    repairs. The Xbox Support Team is also able to assist with that

    Hello scri88le,

    usally when this happens it is mostly a problem with the disk. pls make shore the disk is not scrathed or is upside down. Now if it is digital you might have to hard reset your xbox by holding the consle button for ten seccons.
