Disk corrupted by console Xbox One

Hi friends from Microsoft, a few weeks ago my console xbox one, I crashed and stopped expelling the disks.Then lift a ticket so I proceeded to send it with you, given the failure caused by the console, the disk Black ops 3 by Call of duty.Is damaged as a
result of this failure, which I can do to process the disk reset caused by the console failure. Thank you.

There is probably some corrupted data in the console. Try to check in memory if there are data with errors (an exclamation mark appears). Once the corrupted data is deleted, you can clean the X360

cache. Otherwise it can be caused by a
disc problem, Otherwise it can be caused by a disk problem, since the other games work.

Check storage for any corrupted files which are displayed in the colour yellow. Try cleaning cache. Try installing disk to hard drive by pressing x before starting the game. If it installs 100% the disk isnt the problem the console is if the installation
fails the discs faulty. Hope I helped.

Have you tried to remove the game and reinstall it, if it does not work, can you confirm if the disc works in another Xbox, if it does it could mean there is an issue with your drive in the Xbox.

I installed a new hard disk today and the Xbox original game is working.

Would it be safe to move a few save files I copied from the previous corrupted hard disk to this new one or there can be a chance these files can corrupt the new hard disk too?

Well as your console cd ëí perhaps while the game was running you have moved, and the corrupted disk, happened to me so

3 solutions:

1-throw the disk and get a new one

2-try to clean it you

3-go to gamestop or some other place to let you clean
