zum Glück steht bei Dishonored DE auf der Packung "Komplett auf deutsch" ^^

heißt das, das die Publisher direkten Zugriff auf die Artikelpflege haben, oder die Spiele nur zur Verfügung stellen und MS pflegt sie dann ein ?

... allgemein finde ich die momentane "Lösung" aber als nicht sehr zufriedenstellend...

Microsoft darf auch nicht ohne weiteres an die Daten - dass ist auch der Grund wieso MS im Rahmen der Abwärtskompatibilität die Erlaubnis braucht.

Was MS halt macht, bevor die Spiele in den Store kommen, eine rudimentäre Zertifizierung ob die Patches / Spiele auch funktionieren und nicht schadhaft für die Konsole sind. Es werden auch noch paar mehr Sachen kontrolliert aber keine großen Details.

Wenn hier ein Punkt nicht stimmt dann geht die Info an den Entwickler. Wenn es aber große Bedenken oder Kritikpunkte gibt, dann wird die Zertifizierung nicht gegeben und der Entwickler muss nachbessern.

Sonst könnte man ja keine Updates einschieben, dlc machen usw. wenn Bethesda nicht irgendwie Zugriff drauf hätte.

Microsoft sein. Alles andere sollte dann vom MS Support an die entsprechenden Publisher o.Ä. weitergeleitet werden. Das ist nicht unser Job ! davon abgesehen, das wir dann eh immer von Pontius zu Pilatus und zurück geschickt werden !

Ich werd' das morgen mal im off. Forum (wo ich zu dem Thema immer noch keine Antwort erhalten habe) deutlich machen müssen, vielleicht kommt ja dann ne Reaktion.

Ich geb dir schon recht - das es uns als Kunde nicht interessieren muss und wir uns im Zweifel an Microsoft bzw. wenn die sagen: Ist ein Spielproblem an Bethesda wenden müssen und nicht mehr machen können.~

Ich sag halt aber auch nur wie es ist und das der Support im Zweifel es weitergibt und auch das Spiel eigentlich zurücknimmt - falls man es kritisiert - Dann hat man aber immer noch nicht die digitale Version des Spiels~

Das Problem ist halt das die meisten deutschen/europäischen Supporthotlines ausgelagert sind zum Beispiel nach Bertelsmann und das es oft nur 450€ Jobs und ähnliches sind.

Die werden dann auch nach abgeschlossenen Calls bewertet und nach den "Umfragen" und nicht unbedingt danach ob die das nun "richtig" gemacht haben.

Also wenn der Kunde fragt: "Ist sharing erlaubt" - Ist gerne eine beliebte Antwort "Jaja sharing ist erlaubt - passt scho - Magst du mir kurz überall 10 Punkte geben? - Danke!"

Der US-Support dürfte da der etwas bessere Ansprechpartner sein - die sind dort auch meine ich anders organisiert.

Auch sollte das offizielle Forum von Bethesda ein guter Ansprechpartner sein.

davon abgesehen geht es um die Definitive Edition und den deutschen und Ösi Store, aber auch Dishonored für die 380 ist 100% auf deutsch (hab ich selbst)

Angeblich wird die deutsche digitale 360 Version nicht mit deutscher Sprache angeboten und daran würde sich dann auch die Definitive Edition für die ONE orientieren.

Die 360 GoD Version wird aber sehr wohl auf deutsch angeboten, aber eben nur im deutschen und Ösi Store:

" Die Games on Demand-Version unterstützt Französisch, Italienisch, Deutsch, Spanisch "

Microsoft hat sich aber scheinbar an der Version des US Stores orientiert:

" The Games on Demand version supports English, French, Spanish "
