Dishonored Achievements Issue

In the game Dishonored, I earned an achievement called "Merchant of Disorder" and I received a notification saying i earned the achievement but, it did not account toward my overall gamerscore. When i open up the achievements i earned in Dishonored, the
picture of the achievement is isolated from the group of achievements i already earned in Dishonored. I can see the picture of the achievement unlocked on my Xbox but, the achievement is still locked from my friend's point of view. I am also allowed to share
the achievement. I contacted Xbox support about this issue and they said that the profile will update automatically and it will count toward my gamerscore within three to five days. They also informed me that if that does not work, I should try earning another
achievement and that could update the profile that way. So i earned the achievements "Political Suicide" and "Regicide" in Dishonored. Instead of it fixing the issue, the same instance occurred with the the two achievements i earned afterwards. So i can't
earn any achievements in the game Dishonored and i having been having this issue for 5 days. I am also not sure if this is only for Dishonored since I did not earn any achievements in any other game. Any help or information on this issue would be much appreciated.

Have you tried clearing system cache? If not, go to system setting, storage, I believe you press 'Y' on device options and go to clear system cache. That may help with the problem.

 

I cleared the system cache and it still did not solve the issue.
