    Dishonored 2 preorder codes for DDE


    I preordered Dishonored 2 but have not received Dishonored the definitive edition. I was told that i would receive it 7-10 days from when i first played Dishonored 2 which was 10/11/16. I then contacted support again and was told that i needed to contact
    bethesda support. when i contacted them i was told it was xbox support i needed to contact. I then contacted them and was told i needed to post on the forum. Im sure I'm now going to be told i need to contact someone else but i thought i would give it a shot
    anyway

    Dishonored Definitive Edition Promo code w/ D2 pre order

    Have not received my promotional code for Dishonored Definitive Edition that was included with the preorder of Dishonored 2 Limited Edition. It has been 2 weeks since game release and just checking on delivery of the promo code.

    Pre-Order Question

    So, say if you preordered Dishonored 2. Promotions of the preorder says you can get Dishonored Definitive Edition with the preorder. Will Xbox send the digital code when Dishonored game releases? Around that time of the release or Before?

    Same question with other games. If you preorder a game with promotional offers will Xbox send a code? Or will it be in a bundle as an add-on?

    You should not receive a code for that game. The game should show as free for purchase from the store. If it doesn't post back here so support can check into it for you.

    and just to try to cut you off again yes i have clicked buy and it takes me to the screen the credit card screen and tells i will be charged £7:50 for the game i should already own
