Dishonored 2 crashing at the first loading screen

Hi, I recently have purchased Dishonored 2 from Microsoft Store. Instalation went fine and after I launched the game and developers' logos went through, the game prompted me to press button. I did, and after a few seconds of loading, game just freezed, and
I was returned to the home screen. I tried again, restarted the console, reinstalled the game, but always with the same result. Can you help me?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

I have the same problem. Nothing helps, no hard reser or re-installation.

What i can do? I have video on this situation

Hi, it didn't work. The game lasted a few seconds longer, and eventually got to the menu screen, but then again, it crashed and returned me to the home screen. Could I get a refund from Xbox, or some other fixed version (I know, that problem might not
be in the game, but I'm just asking)? Thank you
