Disgusting customer service behaviour

Hey all.

this is the first post ive put up on here. Has anyone actually ever been able to get the customer service to sort out a problem for them. I bought a game and gifted it to my girlfriend but didnt realise the email address i had wasnt linked to her gamer tag.
So it wouldnt download just said error, now its saying its been redeemed in my order history. For 5 days now ive been trying to get help from customer support with no luck. Constantly being put on hold and then hung up on. Its absoluting disgusting behaviour
in my opinion. Their so quick to take the money out of my account for the game but then once theres an issue they seem like they dont want to help.

so if anyone has any useful information that my help me out it would be much apprechiated. Thank you in advance.

No option to request a refund as it says its been redeemed yet she still cant download it. So been trying to get through to customer service and they have hung up on me 3 times today alone and now they wont call back when requesting a call back

I experienced the same results, but unfortunately instead of being from Xbox it was from Sony so yea depends on the situation. It was the whole reason I left them and decided to return to xbox. Sorry for your inconvenience with customer service that can
be a pain in the butt after all that hassle.
