discs not working

Discus and support discs not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have an xbox i dont remember if its pal or ntsc, but all my games are ntsc, the problem is some of them work and some of them says region is not...     discs not working


    i have an xbox i dont remember if its pal or ntsc, but all my games are ntsc, the problem is some of them work and some of them says region is not compatible any help?!

    Every time i put in a DLC disc for Fallout 3 or Oblivion an error comes up.

    This is what the error says: You must have a hard drive to install this expantion pack. Attach an xbox 360 Hard drive and try again.

    I do not understand why my xbox is saying this because I do have a hard drive in my xbox and it still has about 2GB left of space.

    I have no idea why it is doing this. Please help!!!

    If you've moved to one country from another and kept your current console then the issue will be a region one. You'll need to find out which version your console is. NTSC is usually reserved for North American countries and PAL for European.

    The games themselves should say on the packaging what region they are meant for.

    If your console was a PAL console then the reason some games will play is because they are probably region free games.

    Please don't apologize that's totally fine. It's odd though that it's not working on your Xbox but it's working on a different one.

    Kindly try to reset your Xbox keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Disc not working

    The game was able to download just fine from phone. The disc still isn't being registered by my xbox though. The disc drive will whir for a second before a beep sounds and it stops. If I tilt the system the whirring will go on for a second or two longer before the beep goes off. It's like my xbox doesn't even know there is a disc in the system.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try to install the digital version of the game before inserting the disc on your Xbox One.

    1. Open or install Xbox App on your mobile device.

    2. Search the game.

    3. Click “Download to console”

    4. Once fully downloaded insert the disc.
