Car pass Forza Horizon 2

Hi. In store I see app: car pass Forza Horizon 2. Price 5$. This package is included Forza Horizon 2 ultimate idition. I can play in Forza Horizon If buy package the Car pass Forza Horizon 2? I have not bought Forza Horizon 2

 

Problem with usage rights not registering that discs are in the console

My Xbox one does not really allow me to play forza horizon 3 and forza Motorsport 6, even when I insert the discs when told to, but It just keeps saying do you own this game or app and it doesn't let me play the game no matter what I do, i can play forza
Motorsport 5 and forza horizon 2, forza Motorsport 6 and forza horizon 3 have both been played on my console before. Someone please help with my problem

 

If it is a new disc are you able to bring it back to the retailer you purchased it from for a replacement?

 

Retailers may not take it if it is damaged like that. fyi.

 

If it's a new disc within a specific time frame the retailer may take it back.

But, if the retailer claims the disc was fine when purchased the a refund may not be possible.

If your Xbox reads other disc , its the disc itself … follow this

Maybe you will have to send the disc to repair center…
