a player insulst in a native language can do all he wants

but when repleyd in englisch u get an instant com ban from 1 or 2 players that report u

this is not how it should work and is discriminating and even more harrasement to players who are just defending themselfs against aggresive players ure system review needs work feels like u dont read treu the chatlogs att all or even take the time to translate

As long as you filed a complaint on the other person, the enforcement team will investigate them and take action. It can take time for investigations so suspensions are not always immediate.
