I'm sorry that you had to get brunt of someone calling you names and from the sound of it giving you a bad impression of how things are run. To look at things from both sides they should not have said what they said and should have had repercussions, and
in the inverse you responding how you did broke the rules as well yes? I'm not saying it is in any means fair because it is not and should have been dealt with differently. In the future hit your report button immediately and block them. Dont respond to them
they are not worth your time and energy to do so, nor should it becomes a two wrongs dont make a right situation. Again I'm very sorry you had to deal with this.

Support can't do anything about Enforcement actions.

to see if you can get the ban lifted you would need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with the suspended account and see if you can file a case review.

Complete understandable for certain situations. However, personally, I believe that if someone personally attacks you, whether it be ethnicity, disability, religious believes etc. then I think there is nothing wrong for someone to be very annoyed and for
their emotions to get the better of them, an in doing so, standing up for themselves or others in that matter.

Saying someone is rubbish, is opinion based, but calling someone retard, spaz, to someone who is disabled is actually factual and negative slang. They are at two completely different levels of insulting. One is about choosing to be offended, where as the
other is offensive.

However, I do agree with Elefreed saying to not let them waste your time and energy. But in all honesty, all my time and energy was wasted on xbox support, not supporting.
