Discrepancies on the Xbox Stores

I'm hoping that this is the right place to ask about this, as the Microsoft/Xbox support website is a damn nightmare to navigate and use properly.

As somebody who only has an Xbox Series X but loves the backwards compatibility program, I pay attention to old games on Xbox and how they are handled as time progresses. With that, I've noticed a few weird discrepancies that I can't make sense of and am wondering if its mistakes or if it's something that Microsoft is aware of.

1) Price differences between Xbox 360 and XBO/XS stores:


Here is Tom Clancy's End War on the current XBO/XS Store website for £9.19. The same game, works on all 3 consoles but on the 360 Marketplace website for £8.99. It is by no means the only case for this but I don't understand why it's different when buying from the 360 console or website will still let it install on XBO/XS.

2) Games available on 360 aren't available on XBO/XS:


Prince of Persia on Xbox 360 can be bought on the Xbox 360 console and old 360 Marketplace. Same game, it works on XBO/XS and can be digitally installed on the console if you own it from the 360 website/console but it cannot be bought on the current website or consoles.

3) The 360 Marketplace website is busted in most currencies:


There is a long standing issue on the 360 Marketplace website where the prompt to purchase content fails to load due to how currencies are listed. There are lots of threads about this topic over the last two years but the issue has never been resolved. This makes games like Prince of Persia listed above less likely to be purchased because people won't think it is purchasable digitally on current consoles when that isn't the case. Anecdotally, to try and test if I could get PoP digitally last night on my console, I tested (on MacOS): Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera browsers. Only the Opera browser managed to power through the spinning ball of death and allow me to purchase the game in the end but I couldn't for the life of me explain why that is.

Could anybody explain why these discrepancies exist? The inconsistency doesn't seem like it should be a thing but I appreciate that I might not be aware of things that could explain it. If somebody at Microsoft does manage to see this, could they please be addressed to help make the B.C. support smoother for everybody? At the bare minimum, I don't believe it's fair for games to be priced different on different systems when the games are identical and work on all platforms.
