    Why XCOM 2 has a 50% discount in Spain's shop, but in Colombia not? Shouldn't the discount for digital games be the same for everyone?

    Xbox Live Rewards en Belgique.

    And for anyone confused the Belgians are upset because they aren't getting some of the discounts that other countries are getting.

    Keep in mind that each countries currency may hold a different value. There are also different licensing and access fees for different countries.

    Hello! unfortunately it has always been like this, and not only for digital products. I'm afraid it has to do with regulations that vary all over the world.

    All deals are usually subject to differences per country. The discount will have been agreed by the publisher/game developer and probably not Microsoft.

    It is always disappointing for anyone outside the US, where it seems to get a worse deal. In the US they don't include TAX in their price, where as other countries usually do which does increase it a little.
