Hello. I have been faithfully saving up my Microsoft rewards points for months. I was saving them for a special offer by Microsoft. The Microsoft offer is a special is a discounted rate for 12 months of Xbox GOLD for 21,000 points (normally
29,000 points for level 2). The Microsoft offer clearly stated that it was "valid through February 28, 2018." Through, of course means it is valid up to and including the date of Feb 28 (today). I used Bing to search this, and several websites confirmed
this fact. I JUST passed the 21,000 point threshold this morning, and the Microsoft points redemption store will NOT give me the offer for 21,000. Can you please fix this and make it so that I and others) can get this offer of 12 mos on GOLD for 21,000,
which is supposed to still be good through today? BTW, the offer was available on the Microsoft rewards website as of yesterday. I first saw this 21,000 point offer for 12 mos of Gold on the Microsoft rewards redemption store on Jan. 24, 2018. Again, it
said the offer was good through Feb. 28, 2018.

So you know, I used the "chat" feature today and chatted with a Microsoft Xbox Representative about this problem, who specifically told me to do posts here on this forum (as a support post and discussion post).

Getting over 5000 Rewards points deposited

Hello:

According to my rewards statement I have 21,000 credits waiting to be deposited. 6,000 points are from surveys from April 2017 forward and 15,000 are from recently redeemed gems for awards credits. I'm confused by the Rewards dashboard as well as it shows
I have over 13,000 available points - "13,621 Available points, 17,221 lifetime points"

I'm hoping with the 21,000 points waiting to be deposited and the 13,621 available points to get a gold subscription before my account expires next month.

I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

Did not recieve points.

Back in Feb I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership through a promo on my dashboard using a prepaid card. I was supposed to receive 600 MS points I believe. Obviously I have yet to receive these promised points. Can you rectify this situation please.

Searches and other one-click offerings earn Bing Rewards points. The number of Bing Rewards points you can earn per day varies. Currently, it's 16 or 17. There are one or two special 1-point offers a day, and then the search benefit of 1 point for every
two searches, up to 15 points a day.

The Bing Rewards points you earn can be redeemed for various Rewards, including 100 MS Points, 400 MS Points, and 1 Month of Live Gold. The MS Points rewards are codes that are e-mailed to you. I presume the 1 Month Gold is also, but I've never chosen that
reward. They also added Silver and Gold Rewards levels that are obtained by being a Bing Rewards member and earning rewards points. Silver doesn't do much, but Gold gets you a 5% Rewards Points discount on MS Points and Live Gold. as an example, 400 MS Points
is normally 500 Bing Rewards points. As a Gold member, that drops to 475 Bing Rewards points.

Hi, in my experience, the presence of certain rewards showing up in the section of redeemable items is dependent on the current availability of the items, which may also vary by region. I know that I've seen the 12-month Gold subscriptions unavailable before
in my region, only to see it return at some point.

Typically availability of rewards aren't announced in advance, nor are "Hot Deals" offering discounted prices for reward redemption. So unfortunately, there wouldn't be any additional information available regarding the current status of this item.

Hi, regarding Microsoft Rewards, if it is available in your region, I really would recommend it. It can take a little while to accumulate a lot of points, and I know the amount of points one can get per day may vary by region, but I believe that currently
in all regions where it's available, getting a yearlong Gold subscription is possible in less than a year.

One other piece of advice with Microsoft Rewards- look for the monthly "hot deal" which may see the points required to redeem a certain reward reduced by at least 20% for a limited time. I was able to get a Gold subscription once during such a discount
period.

That was the best deal in the history of gaming. Conversion 1 on 1 with one more month for 1$. Most early adopters maximised GPU for 3 years. 3 years! For Xbox and Pc gaming of not only bad games but over 100 good games, with MS exclusives free. For 1 dollar?

And it was a discount of gold live before conversion. For reward points earned by searching with bing and playing games. For me, that was the best deal ever.
