Discord streaming problems what do I do

To stream your Xbox to Discord without your headset's audio being picked up by the Xbox, you can use Discord's native streaming feature on Xbox and adjust the chat mixer settings to output only to the headset.

Please link your discord and Xbox accounts. Make sure your Xbox account and Discord account are linked.

And then log into your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One device with your Xbox account connected to your Discord account.

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the console's guide.

Navigate to "Parties & chats" and select "Discord" from the menu.

Select the Discord server and the server's voice channel you want to stream to.

You can create a free Discord server and use the voice chat for that, also depends if you're doing native stream from the console, the professional thing to do is get a elgato capture device tho

Also, another big tip is if your streaming using the Xbox the party will automatically detect you are streaming and give your friends the choice to allow their voice to be heard on your stream. However, if your using obs there is not a free way to do this

Anyone tried deleted discord account and creating a new one? I haven’t yet, but no matter what I do, xbox and discord will not relink.

no burden, they can install discord on their phones and you can all live chat in your own free discord server, it basically works the same way as whatsapp group calling, all you have to do is push your audio from your disord to the stream. plus the audio quality on discord is a thousand times better than in game party or xbox live party chats.
