Discord "Sorry, looks like you were disconnected. Try connecting again."

Hello

Whenever I try to join a discord server on my xbox series s, it just says "Sorry, looks like you were disconnected. Try connecting again." but I don't understand what I'm supposed to be connecting to again or where I was disconnected from. Everything was working just fine until today when I tried to join, I've reset my console and power cycled it multiple times. I have unlinked the relinked discord as a linked social connection and tried basically everything to get it to work. HELP

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Let me know if the behavior is the same.

Same issue after switching from wired to wireless connection. Switching back to wired didn't change anything.

I have the same problem I have two day with out talking with my friend because of that problem

I believe there is an issue with the discord to xbox connection for some reason. But it won't seem to subside.

I've tried re-linking and it didn't work, i think i have to factory reset then re-link through the laptop.

The last thing i remember doing when i encountered this issue was when i was trying to transfer voice from my laptop to the Xbox but i had screen share on during that time. so my Xbox probably didn't handle that request and it just disconnected then didn't want to reconnect.

its working fine now after 2 resets and a few re links.
