Nope. When it comes to enforcement, the number of reports doesn't matter and never has. All that matters is whether the content being reported has broken the terms of service or not, whether 1 person reports it or 100 people do.

There was an issue with the reputation system where mass false reports could lead to you not being able to play certain online games, but MS fixed that several years ago now.

So, yeah, if you have not broken the terms of service, you should be fine.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have done nothing wrong, then you shouldn't get any enforcement action against your account. I would also recommend reporting and blocking the bots, if you can.

The random likes is a real problem as its spam bots going through game hubs mass-liking everything. You could just block them; and especially report them if they send any threatening message(s).

The best way to report them is by reporting the message and let the enforcement team know that it's a bot account.
