Disconnecting from Xbox love party chat

I'm having the same issue, can't seem to find a way around it either. I can hear everyone and talk fine when I'm looking at the party screen, but as soon as I go full screen on whatever game were playing I get kicked immediately without any notification
that I've been removed from the party. Did you ever figure anything out how to fix it?

I will list things that have a chance , some have had success , others not ...of course party chat needs open nat so I assume you have that ....anyway , as always hard reset the xbox and the modem and router ...delete your profile and redownload it... "clear
alt mac address" (settings >network> advanced> clear alt mac address> restart) and finally the old "restore to factory defaults" .....that's about it console side , internet side , you have to make sure your isp is not "losing packets " ....you may also
want to restore your router to "factory defaults " ....(actually I would do that before I restore the console to factory defaults)... getting "kicked" from a party or game is almost always a connection issue , router not handling the packets correctly , ESPECIALLY
( and I can not stress this enough) if your modem is also a router that your isp issued you...

Also try to portforward your modem. It helped me a lot.
