Please could you reply with what your NAT type is currently at? You can find this by navigating to (settings, network settings) and your NAT type will show in the right hand side.

I can provide a few fixes for this as I have worked in the IT department and understand a lot of common issues that people tend to experience, especially with game servers.

I understand that you are experiencing disconnection from your online games.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check for software conflicts. Make sure to close any unnecessary applications before launching your game.

And then make sure that your PC is up to date, kindly open your Start menu, go to Settings, then select "Update & Security" and click "Windows Update"; from there, click "Check for updates" to see if any updates are available.

After that please restart your PC as well as your router as well in order for both devices to refresh.



Next is adjust power settings by going to Control Panel > Power Options and make sure your power plan is set to High Performance.

Kindly run network troubleshooter. Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and run the Internet Connections troubleshooter.

Then reset network settings. Please go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset and reset your network settings.

After that is to check for malware. Run a thorough scan with your antivirus software to make sure there's no malware causing the issue.
