    I constantly discconect from fifa 22 next gen ultamite team games at random point of a game every game. It is not my WiFi because if I use my old xbox one s it works fine

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    I rang my ISP and they suggested an engineer at a £50 cost - would rather that be a last resort!

    It's literally only game servers I get disconnected from, not Xbox Live. It's also very sudden... no lag and then an instant disconnection and kicked from the game (Fifa & Destiny)

    Initial XBOX Live Disconnections

    Yeah I've tried that. No luck unfortunately.

    I have noticed the disconnects are coming from a certain game mode on FIFA, the h2h mode. The other club and UT modes work fine with no disconnection issues.

    I've tried the ethernet cable and the results are still the same.
