    My son is disconnected fr.o.m. His Live account, can not send messages or chatt via mic. This started on October the ninth... no e-mail has been sent about being banned from playing. What could be wrong? best regards from gamertag

    Yes but only because I feel my the Xbox one controller disconnects too often.
