Disconnected on Xbox when I access internet on phone or computer

During downtime in games with friends, I use the internet on my phone or computer. Whenever I do this, I get disconnected from the game servers on my Xbox.

My connection speeds are fine, I have restarted the router and the Xbox with no positive results.

Really sounds like you have limited bandwidth and using the internet taking up your network's capacity and pushing out the gaming traffic. I'd check with your ISP

I disconnected my computer from the internet and then plugged my phone into the computer and left the wifi on the phone on. this didn't work. ALTHOUGH, when I turned off my wifi and left my mobile data on the xbox app worked perfectly. I assume this means the issue is my internet.

i have 2 Xboxs in my house and they run on the internet fine until a laptop or iPad starts to access the internet, if your internet connection is below 5mb/s this may be the problem, try playing on Xbox LIVE with all iPod touches/ Laptops/ computers/ and
all other internet connected devices turned off, or disconnected from the internet.

Yes, my computer definitely works fine with access to internet, even my android phone can access it.

Am having problem with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable access from my Xbox only. It connects to the network and connects to PC too. But internet access does not happen.

Are there any other issues you having with your internet? If you Xbox is repeatedly disconnecting, it might be because your network connection is having intermittent problems going off and on. Many people put stress on their network by having multiple devices
connected at once, so try just having the Xbox on when you are testing your connection (disconnect computer, smart phone, etc from wireless).
