    Disconnected from Xbox Live and can't reconnect.


    I've recently been disconnected from Xbox Live on my Xbox 360 after previously using it to download games. I have tried for a while to reconnect it using the xbox's suggestions without success, even after trying everything I've seen on the internet and a wired connection I still haven't been lucky. I've checked my network statistics and everything is great except for my download speed. On all other devices it's around 100Mbps but on the Xbox, it's 0.01Mbps, even with ethernet connection. This is the only thing I've found that could cause a problem with the connection.

    Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 is currently having issues. Many other gamers are having similar issues. Your only option is to wait until Xbox fix the issue.

    I disconnected from XBOX Live then reconnected. Worked for me.

    I disconnect from Xbox live when inactive, i.e if i'm not playing a online game or not in a party with others and when i'm in a party i randomly disconnect and reconnect ALOT.

    i tried it but i am still disconnecting from Xbox live but i haven't tried to see weather or not i disconnect and reconnect from Xbox live party's yet...

    you have to disconnect from xbox live then install the game and reconnect after the install
