    Disconnected from XBL when trying to play Black Ops on Xbox One


    When I try to start up my Black Ops on my Xbox one, it says that my profile was disconnecte. Then when I try to play multiplayer it makes me sign in to my profile, but then it says this profile can't connect to XBL on this console. Please somebody help me!

    Xbox 360 live not working on Xbox one

    so I've been trying to play black ops 2 on my Xbox one. Every time I start to play multiplayer (all I play) I get about 5-20 minutes of solid playtime. Then I get disconnected from the 360 live.

    Black Ops 2 keeps disconnecting from server! this is sooo annoying!

    WHY IS BLACK OPS 2 CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTS FROM SERVER???!!! Then it disconnects from Xbox Live!!! I HAVE NOT EVEN PLAYED ONE SINGLE GAME ON MULTIPLAYER!!!! I play every other game online and no issues, only when Black Ops 2 goes online and suddenly lose
    connection to black ops 2 servers then immediately XBL... WTHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

    Hey all,

    Looks like you'll have to do the Factory Reset trick. Before doing this though, make sure you have all of your appropriate login credentials remembered. Once you know your email and password are correct, go to All Settings - System - Console Info and Updates
    and select Restore. Make sure you select Keep Games and Apps as this will allow you to keep everything installed on the hard drive! Then set up your console like you did day one with profiles and try backwards compatible games for results.

    For those who are encountering similar issues, follow each of these steps:

    • Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Dashboard
    • Scroll down to 'System' settings and select 'Storage'.
    • Select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'. (Note: This will not affect Xbox 360 game saves stored in the cloud)
    • Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button until the console fully powers down.
    • Boot back up and give it a shot!
    Let us know how it goes. Disconnected from XBL when trying to play Black Ops on Xbox One :)
