Disconnected from competitive games in Overwatch LC202 and BC101

Xbox one Overwatch: In competitive Mode I keep getting kicked out of games and back to the log in screen occurs every 15-30mins (competitive games and only when my team is winning?), cannot log back into the game. I have to fully restart the game. must be
owed about 200Skill points

My console always disconnect from Xbox live

My console always disconnect from Xbox live while playing any game mode of Overwatch. The problem isn't from my internet connection since my ps4 never does that. Is it overwatch or my xbox the problem? I'm banned in competitive play for this season because
I'm always disconnected mid-game.

I'm sorry to see any connection issues! This tends to be a vague networking error, but there are a few things that we can try out! I do see that you are currently playing Overwatch on

your public profile at the time of posting this, however I know this error can be quite intermittent. First, have you done everything on

Blizzard's LC-202 support article, including disconnecting and reconnecting your Battle.net account from your gamertag? If your accounts aren't linked, then this wouldn't apply to you, but it's worth trying if it is.

From there, we'll want to check out your detailed network statistics on your console. You can get that by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. We'll be able to look into what can be
improved from there. I look forward to working with you!
