    Disconnected due to inactivity (cyanbeard) but not actually inactive. Please help


    I constantly get disconnected from this game and losing all my progress with the chests and stuff I have collected. I have contacted Xbox customer support and they made me reset my console but that hasn't made a difference. So they sent me here if the problem
    persists.

    Can anyone please help? I brought game pass Purley for this reason and it's basically a waste of money because it's so difficult to make progress in the game.

    MP disconnect

    Has anyone had a problem with getting disconnected for inactivity in mp? I was playing a game with my son, actually the first online against others, and right in the middle of the 3rd round it disconnected me for inactivity. I was actually playing, moving,
    shooting, etc. but it just disconnected me and said for inactivity.

    Do you think Microsoft will clear out old unused gamertags?

    They actually do this but its not live gamertags as much as Microsoft accounts goes inactive for x period they will purge it

    This is usually a problem from xbox disconnecting and not having a good connection to xbox live. Have you checked your internet connection or tried resetting router and modem? Check the speed and network status in the settings and make sure the connection
    to xbox live is good.

    Hi,

    It seems that you've already been removed due to inactivity. If you're inactive for 60 days they automatically put you in an inactive state. You can return whenever you feel like you have free time it seems :).

    Does it close the games entirely or get disconnect from the servers? Could you describe a little bit how it happens?

    I'm asking this because there are games like the EA ones that will be disconnected from the serves after some time of inactivity, this is not on the Xbox side, it's due to a server configuration
