Disconnected controller message and low battery.

Hello, post with a translator missing the Community in Italian. I have the following problem on XBOXOne. Often, while I play, a message appears asking to "connect a controller" and sometimes it tells me that "the controller is unloaded"; instead the controller
is perfectly connected and just recharged with maximum battery. Facts then last for days and days of play. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Thanks!

Dear Wpak, I tried the solution you proposed; after 10 minutes I play again the message "no controller; connect a controller", yet it is on and working. In fact, just press the "A" button and exit the warning and it works properly; sometimes it then repeats
the message, but sometimes you can then play for hours without problems. I do not understand the cause of this message and, sometimes, the "low battery" message while it is well charged! Note; wireless game only, never connected via cable to the console while
I play. A question; Can a game influence the operation of some controller and console parameters? I'm currently re-doing Fallut 4. Thanks!

Hi Frathos; is one of the hypotheses I had evaluated. The only device in the immediate vicinity is the TV. But I wondered why he hadn't done it for some time. The only change is the router of the new telephone operator but the problem is prior to this

Dear D4vid, it's not the same problem I'm sorry. Apart from that my charging cable works perfectly, I never play with the cable. I will try the solution to search for specific controller updates, because system updates install them regularly. Hi!!!

Personally I am having a similar issue due to easily broken cables: after a few weeks every xbox usb cable i have had broke up and start charging and recogniziing controllers only in particular ways

a me si rompono tutti i cavi per collegare i controller all’xbox. Dopo poche settimane ogni singolo cavo si rompe e funziona solo in posizioni particolare (tenuto leggermente in su con le dita, spinto più in fondo ecc). Non ho ben capito se è il tuo stesso
tipo di problema, ma potrebbe essere dovuto al cavo?
