    Hi,

    Can you help me disconnect my Riot account from the game pass? They are being very rude and irresponsible, refusing to do such a thing. I lost all access to it and they simply just refuse to even help me with it. Please help me, I want to have access to everything you offer.

    I REPEAT I LOST ALL ACCESS TO THE RIOT ACCOUNT! PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WHEN YOU TELL ME TO DISCONNECT FROM THEIR WEBSITE AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

    I'm sorry to hear you're not able to unlink your Microsoft account from your Riot account.
    I want to let you know that unfortunately the only way to unlink the accounts is via the Riot account.

    If they're not able to help you, I can suggest you to link a new Riot account to a new Microsoft account

    Thank you for your reply, yes it says on my account that I have PC gamepass but when I try to connect to Riot games it says my account (cheetah0915523) doesn’t currently have gamepass.

    I understand however there is no option to unlink the Riot account from the Xbox side. You will need to create/open a ticket to Riot Games to request an account unlink from your Xbox account:
