Disconnect joystick and headphones

Is this the first time I see this problem, does the button you use to turn off the controller work perfectly during a game? (print screen, console options) already tried to sync the control again?

I perform a hard reset every couple of weeks and I don't experience those types of issues.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

The worry is starting to be more and more frequent for me. I'm in the middle of it, I have the controller and the wireless headset. And then, the controller does not respond, and the headset no longer sounds. Can not do anything except turn off the console
on the button. I do not know what to do
