    Disconnect in achievements


    OK, so I have been an Xbox gamer for several years now and I have NEVER seen anything like this before.

    According to the game and Xbox itself I haven't unlocked a specific achievement BUT according to the Xbox app on my phone I have unlocked it. Is there a way to fix this disconnect? How did it happen?

    The achievements are rather bugy... JaRizzz is correct that some achievements won't pop if you disconnect from Xbox Live, but some others will still pop if you DO disconnect (Some activities achievement will pop). Best bet though, would be to ensure
    you're still connected to Xbox Live while you're playing to ensure that all achievements will pop once you've fulfilled the requirements to unlock them.

    Maybe if your about to earn an achievement online and you disconnected? If you see anyone with an online achievement without a timestamp be sure to file a complaint.

    Could you sign in at https://account.xbox.com/Profile and look for the achievement you are missing on your console? please let me know if it's unlocked as it is on the Xbox app.

    When I noticed the disconnect it was roughly 12 hours.

    I don't know honestly. I was busy unlocking other achievements to pay attention to my gamerscore.

    I have since added pic from my Xbox and the app
