Disconnect Activision

Hello, I noticed that when I linked my xbox profile to activision I made a mistake and wrote the wrong email, so I was trying a way to solve this but I can't find a one. I tried to disconnect it from the account management page on activision but it requires that I insert a code sent to that email, it happens also when I try to edit my password, my email and basically everything else. I tried to access activision with my account but when I click to link my xbox profile nothing happens. I even tried to write to the owner of that email but they didn't answer. I'm writing here because there is no support that activision offers, but since you bought them I guess you could help me. I put a couple of hundreds of hours and a little bit of money in that account, I can't risk to lose it. Can someone help me?

I’m sorry to hear you already have an Activision account linked to your Microsoft account. However, it is important to point out that it is not possible to unlink an Activision account from your Microsoft account, the process always needs to be done in the Activision linked accounts management site.

Besides that, it is indispensable to note that even if Microsoft owns Activision, they still act like a separate company with their own systems.

If you’re not able to do this, and Activision support is not capable of providing further assistance, I’m afraid to say there are no further options available in this particular case.

Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, etc.

well not sure why you come here having a go at activision, you would need to go to their site and open a ticket as microsoft do not own activision.

if you are getting disconnected in a ranked game than yes you get a ban, you need to find what the issue is with the disconnection, it could be your xbox, router, wifi or wired, your isp or how your net traffic is routed.

That "probation period" thing have nothing to do with Microsoft or Xbox, Activision deserves the blame for it.

It is a sort of a anti-cheater measure that keeps people away from disconnecting before losing a match (or get killed).

Xbox support gave me a number for Activision told me to call them number was disconnected new number is 3102552050 open from 11-8 Mon thru Fri ill be callin Monday lol
