    My cod ghost disc worked forever and then quit working. I got it buffered professionally and now it is a clean scratch free disk. I would get it to work occasionally and got it to read once, so I installed it. And played it for a while. Next day went to
    play again, it wouldn't read again. And when I went to my games and clicked on ghosts, it said something like "this is an installed game, please put in the original disc" well that is the original disc that was in so i don't know what the heck that's supposed
    to mean. All my other games work, so it's not my xbox. It's just this stupid game. It's frustrating me, please give me advice on what I should try or how I could fix this?

    NONE OF MY DOWNLOADED GAMES WONT WORK

    I'm having the same problem with halo reach free download except the disc won't work either. All other downloads and discs work fine but not halo reach. The Microsoft people can't even tell me what's wrong with it. I've done all the trouble shooting and

    Game discs and online store bought game won't play.. HELP.. PLEASE!

    I have an xbox one and recently bought the new lego dimensions starter pack with the game disc but it will not play it has played once but won't come on again also my hello neighbour game that I recently bought from the online Microsoft store won't load
    either and that hasn't got a disc.. Could some one please help me to solve what's wrong with my xbox..

    i called microsoft a couple of days ago, they said it was not fixed because the warranty sticker had been tampered with and now it is void!! its a load of crap! i have never touched this xbox its always just been sitting collecting dust for a couple months!
