Discus and support "Disc Unreadable" for skyrim need help ;_; in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So recently i had borrowed Skyrim to play again from a friend and it worked fine everything was great and then i dropped my xbox and it stopped working...     "Disc Unreadable" for skyrim need help ;_;


    So recently i had borrowed Skyrim to play again from a friend and it worked fine everything was great and then i dropped my xbox and it stopped working so i figured the disk got ruined so i sold some games and bought a new disc of Skyrim and its still unreadable
    A NEW DISC IF YOU DIDN'T READ IT!!! (I also tried to play other games like GTA V and battlefield 4 and they work fine!! also i had disc tray problems dropping it fixed it!!)

    So before i dropped it i even installed the game and it still didn't work i installed the new disc still didn't work!!! It won't let me play from the install and it says i can install it again and again!

    I deleted my saves and everything cleared the cache all that fun stuff still didn't work!

    I'm kinda out of idea's and i'm not willing to buy another Xbox cause i'm saving for the one.

    If anyone can help or fix this i'd be very appreciative!

    My Xbox 360 won't read Madden 13

    It will read any other game with no problem. When I play madden it will get to a certain point and say "disc unreadable" help???

    The reason it seems to be working when playing from the disc is that your xbox hasn't had any reason to access the data in the damaged part of the disc yet. When it does need to you will get a disc unreadable error or the game will freeze.

    When installing it needs to access the whole disc which is why it always fails.

    And to answer your question it will say disc unreadable at some point when the game needs to access the damaged part of the disc.

    As you've already tried one of those disc repair services then your best option is to get a new disc.

    I had started a new game it worked fine i'm not sure if i shut it off and then try to reload it if it'll work or not)

    You "fixed" your console's optical drive? Sorry, you violated section 1.9 of the ToU and official support may not help you.

    He didnt buy a new optical drive he bought a new skyrim game he also said
    also i had disc tray problems dropping it fixed it!! read the post again visageofanangel

    Skyrim (only) Disc Unreadable Error

    I bought my skyrim off the marketplace and I still get the unreadable disc, when there isn't even a disc.

    Skyrim has NEVER worked on my xbox

    You can download Skyrim from the marketplace now. Extra expense, but It would cure your "Disc unreadable" error as there won't be a disc.
