    I formated my console and I made a new account when I setup my 1st disc GTA V the console show me that massage ( this disc is not readable use soft cloth and restart your console)

    Anyone Else Have Problems With Disc?

    It's your dvd drive that is the problem. Call up Xbox Support to see what you can do about it. It's probably the new disc format that isn't readable by the drive.
