disc is unreadable/freezing

Discus and support disc is unreadable/freezing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i bought the game, and when it wouldnt work, would get the "clean disc/restart" console error or game would freeze on opening credits, not even...     disc is unreadable/freezing


    so i bought the game, and when it wouldnt work, would get the "clean disc/restart" console error or game would freeze on opening credits, not even started the game yet. i returned it got a new one, and same one had issues. but i managed to play it for a
    while. today though started it up and got the same exact issues. yes i have cleaned it, i have cleared cache multiple times, restarted system, tried different games that do work. but nothing so far has allowed me to play the game again. so im looking for help
    at this point, because if it doesnt work i'll just return the game for a refund this time

    when is the new patch coming out

    I was wondering when the next patch is coming out to fix the unreadable disc error and game freezing.

    Constantly disconnecting from xbox live, xbox freezing and unable to get game updates

    I'm wondering if the "Disc unreadable" could actually be a symptom of the more serious console freezing issue.

    Is it just Black Ops that causes the Disc Unreadable? Have you played any other game for a reasonable amount of time to see if it is the disc or not?

    Hopefully others will be along shortly who have some advice as well.

    return it and get another one you have just had very bad luck.

    I have the same problem but I donwloaded it on xobox market.

    I did all support said to resolve the problem but nothing happened.

    as well cid meirs civ revolution isnt working but it just freezes it doesnt say disc unreadable like 2k
