Disc installation stuck on Xbox One

Try installing skyrim to the xbox, if it has problems or gets stuck, it's not reading the disc properly. Make sure your disc isnt scratched - ones which run circular around the disc are the worst kind-even if they are faint.

First, please clear your console persistent storage and queue:
- Press the Xbox button > My games and apps > See all > Manage queue > Queue > Click on cancel all > Clear the queue.
- Press the Xbox button > System > Settings > Devices and connections > Blue-ray > Persistent storage > Clear persistent storage (three times).

Please enable remote features:
- Eject your game disc.
- Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote feature > Enable remote features.

Perform a power reset on the console:
- Turn off your console and your router/modem.
- Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
​​​- Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Download the game remotely:
​​- Download the Xbox mobile app and connect it to your console.
- Search your game on it and select download to console.
- After the download and installation is done, insert your game disc to the console and see if you can play the game.

same thing happening with ghosts, online install says 0% and wont move, but offline install of the DISC goes and then gets stuck at 40% and then says the disc is scratched or dirty, of which it is neither. Not had a good experience with the Xbox one so far,
microsoft better get working on that disc drive driver and HDD patch because this is making me furious

Thanks for responding the game I have is Minecraft Xbox One Edition and everytime i try to load It it is stuck on 0% and It will say installation stopped after it says installation started I will probably try with a different disc if its something wrong with my current one.
