    To Xbox forums,

    when ever i put in my gta 5,bf4,b01 and b02 my xbox keeps on freezing

    and if you guys had this issue or know how to fix this please reply.

    Will you buy the disk or go digital?

    Are all disc games auto installed to the hard drive and no assets are used on the disc?

    I assume the disc is kept in the drive as a security measure to stop selling it on if you intend on still keeping the installed game

    Sorry to hear it. This may be a storage problem. Can you please try removing all storage devices and then try starting up those games? If they run the put in one storage device at a time until the issue repeats itself.

    When that happens you'll have found the culprit.

    Playing a game without the disc in the Xbox

    Are you asking that if you have a disc based game, and play it with the disc in the drive, but then eject the disc, will it still work? The answer to that is no. If it is a disc game, you have to have the disc in to play the game.

    No, they are not being turned off. You can still play disc games once the game has been removed from the store. If the game discs are not being recognised, then it could be an issue with the discs or the disc drive. Make sure the discs are clean, and try inserting the disc again.

    Uninstall your game, and put the disc in. Let the disc install then start the game with the disc in.

    Only if it's a downloaded game.

    If it's a disc version of a game the disc must be in the disc drive,even if you've installed the disc onto the hard drive.

    Are the games on disc?

    If the games are on discs their icons will apear in the library but will say the games arent purchased if the disc (for the specific game) isnt inserted.
