    PVZ GW2 disc has never worked, it just gets hung up on the daisy.

    EA said to 'Please contact the Microsoft support team for getting the game code. Once you are able to redeem the game code in your store you will be able to play the game digitally.'

    Help line not working in current time - what do I do?

    You would purchase the game digitally through the Xbox store or purchase a digital code from a retailer. Microsoft does not provide digital codes for faulty discs.

    You do not need a digital code for a disc game. Try ejecting the disc, then clean the disc and try inserting the disc again, and see if the game shows for installation. If it doesn't work, but other game discs do, then the disc might be faulty. You could send it back and get a replacement.

    The only games you will be able to play without having the disc are the digital versions of a game that have been purchased through the store on the console or by redeeming a code. If you purchase a game on disc the game will get installed to the console
    but need the disc in the console to allow you to play the game.
