Disc Error 0x8082003 - 0x1A

Whenever we put in a disk into the Xbox 1, we always get the error that says "Check your disc. Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc. (0x8082003 - 0x1A). I don't think it's a problem with the discs because theses
are completely brand new discs. It's done this with pretty much every disc we put in. We have tried resetting the system as well, but it doesn't seem to help. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice?

Xbox Error Code - 0x80820003 - 0x1A

ok so I have COD: Black ops 3 and I've played it for a year and this [Mod Removed - Profanity] happens so I have no scratches what so ever and now it shows this
[Mod Removed - Profanity] and I have GTA V and It has a
[Mod Removed - Profanity] potful of scatches and it recognizes it faster than a Big Mac meets a Whopper and that a bunch of
[Mod Removed - Profanity] and you need to fix the stupid

I cant play rainbow six vages 2

So i just download this game and for some reason i cant play it bc it said the disc need clean it pretty much has the same error when you got a disc inside but it no disc it downloaded. Why is it saying that error tht i got a disc insside what could i do for it can work.

It happens to me all the time, and i hope microsoft attend to this matter as soon as possible. This is why Play Station is the best selling console game i wish that i buy PS4 rather this useless XB1

Do you know if your discs work on other consoles? If it does, then you might want to contact support about this issue.

Disc Troubleshoot and see if it fixed.

Try cleaning the disc then putting it back in if the disc is scratched then it probably won't work

Hello DarKAssassiNmdk, try to follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

This type of procedure will only affect your system, so it keeps games and Apps, it is one of the best options if your console has a bug in the system.

There is also the Reset that erases everything and leaves the console as it came from the factory.
