    Disc drive issues

    Mine seems to have issues playing UHD discs. Playback for the video will stop and audio will continue, and then the video finally will catch back up. Very irritating.

    it might not be the disc drive you just have to reset the game by going turning off the xbox one by holding the white light button on the console until you hear like a click and then turn it back on via the white light button then once your signed back in
    go to network settings within settings then go offline then when it says go online go online within the same network settings then resume installalation then pause it and resume until it works and downloads the content.

    I am having an issue with my disc drive my games will just randomly eject by themselves wether I am playing or not playing what should be my 1st step to fix this?

    To me, that sounds like a mechanical issue. If you are able to swap it out with the retailer then I would do that, otherwise, contact Xbox Support, but it sounds like the machine will have to be replaced.
