    Why does my Xbox series x 87 days old not play any disc whatsoever ?? Won’t play Xbox one game Xbox 360 dvd or Blu-ray won’t play anything it’s the 5th Xbox on the spin to do this ? What’s going on with these crappy drives and power mode ( Microsoft won’t admit there’s a massive problem with their disc drives ! That’s facts

    Thankyou for your help and genuine concern you’ve been more helpful than the company that built this garbage ....... I wish Microsoft would be as concerned as you but obviously they don’t care about my 18 year affiliation and support of this Brand ! It’s time to say goodbye and start brand new with PS5

    Billion dollar company ....... why is this even an issue ...... sitting right next to my gears of war 3 limited edition Xbox 360 and that still plays all my 360 games on disc even the scratched ones lol ......... why is this even an issue lol ......... can’t even fix a disc drive / power mode KNOWN fault that doesn’t get recognised as anything serious by Xbox support !!! I mean this is the latest gen console series x with disc drive but it doesn’t want to play any disc for some bizarre reason ..... it’s just rubbish cheap disc drives that are the problem either they are knowingly sending out dead consoles or something else is going on either way I’m done going round in circles waiting 27 days without an Xbox wasting all my subscription times etc etc then you have to download games for 2 full days lol it’s just a complete JOKE now

    Thanks for the 3 year old resolve answer ... but that doesn’t work on faulty untested batches of a £650 console ........ such a poor company I think it’s PS5 time I’m sure Sony have their **** together when it comes to a disc drive ......
