Disc does not play

I bought Skyscraper 4k ultra HD this will not play in my xbox 1s, I took it back to best buy they replace it. The disk will not play i called up microsoft support for x box, spoke with tech, there is nothing they can do because of the copy protection on
the disk causing the x box not to read the disk. This is a legal bought disk . Who would i speak with about this,microsoft technician can't help, the other 4k movies from paramount and wonder brother worked do i just don't buy any movies 4k that is made by
universal or is there some fix for this? thanks

My XBox One will not play FIFA 17 disc but plays other discs.

hi, my XBox one will not play a FIFA 17 disc but the disc will play on another XBox one console. My XBox will play other discs. It does not show an error, but simply does not respond to the disc start up.

i suggest you clean the disc tray, try to play insert an original disc and if it does not work i am very sorry.

Did you replace the Xbox or the disc?

Does the Xbox have any disc reading issues with games or just the Skyscraper movie?

What happens when you put in the disc and go to the Blu-ray player app? Do you get an error message or code?

The Xbox is region specific when it comes to
certain DVD and Blurays that are coded to only be used in the region they were purchased for and can only work on an Xbox bought in the same region.

Just FYI, he said it is a 4k disc and 4k discs are region free.
