    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the blu ray app? Hard rested your console? Or gone to settings, disc & blu ray, then click on blu ray make sure enable BD Live is unchecked and clear presistent storage? Also you can insert a disc a little
    bit, hold it until the xbox makes a noise then let it take the disc. If discs are clean with no damage and nothing helps the console may need to be repaired. Something may be wrong with the disc drive.

    Well we don't really discuss self repair in here in that fashion. The best bet is to get the consoles xbox drive repaired. Or try switching to digital products..
